After walking out of the assembly workshop and tracing the production chain of new energy vehicles, the reporter saw that digital intelligent technology has been deeply applied in key links such as stamping, welding, painting, and resin of automobiles.


Among them, welding is an important part of automobile production. In the 23,000 square meters welding workshop, without manual intervention, the AGV car in accordance with the established route orderly delivery of parts, more than 430 models of different robots shaking, turning, welding, sparks splash, here has achieved 100% automation of the welding process.


Liu Chang to a smart electric SUV, for example, a body has more than 6800 solder joints, the quality of the connection points between the components determines the quality of the vehicle. After strict calculation of the diameter and pressing depth of all welding cores of the car body, the parameters are imported into the equipment. After welding is completed, the quality of the welding joint is verified by an ultrasonic detector. In terms of body size control, the biw size is monitored by the robot online measuring device. When the body size fluctuation exceeds the set tolerance range, the device will automatically alarm and send the information to the relevant engineers automatically. Intelligent manufacturing makes product quality more secure and wins more markets for enterprises.


According to reports, at present, Lantu has formed an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles, and is carrying out intelligent technology to promote the whole line. The developer platform is planned to be launched in the second half of this year, involving power, cockpit, intelligent driving and body fields, providing a unified interface for software developers and hardware manufacturers to explore more intelligent applications.
