Hebei Province has put the development of advanced manufacturing clusters in a more prominent position, issued the Work Plan for Accelerating the Development of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters in Hebei Province (2023-2025), planned the layout of "4+N+3" industrial clusters, based on the nine leading industries of Hebei Province and the industrial layout of each city, and centered on a number of subdivisions. In 2022, Baoding power and new energy high-end equipment cluster recommended by Hebei Province, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei life and health cluster recommended by Beijing and Tianjin jointly were selected as the national advanced manufacturing cluster, achieving a breakthrough of zero in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
