Recently, the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Tightening Connection Technology established by Dongli District Aerospace Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Vacuum Switch Technology established by Tianjin Pinggao Intelligent Electrical Co., Ltd. have completed expert acceptance and have been successfully recognized as Tianjin Key Laboratory, which will strongly support the development of Dongli District's key industrial chain. Key laboratories are an important component of the scientific and technological innovation system, serving as the core force for enterprises to carry out high-level basic research, applied basic research, and cutting-edge technology research. They are also important bases for gathering and cultivating outstanding scientific and technological talents, conducting high-level academic exchanges at home and abroad, and possessing open and shared advanced innovation resources.
The Tianjin Key Laboratory of Fastener Connection Technology, relying on Aerospace Precision Industry Co., Ltd., was approved and established by the Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau in January 2021. The laboratory closely combines the forefront of scientific development with the major needs of aerospace equipment, focusing on the research and development, manufacturing, testing, and services of mid to high end fasteners. During the two-year construction period, it hosted two national academic exchanges, and its main members received three provincial-level scientific and technological awards, published 26 papers, and added 37 authorized patents.
The Tianjin Vacuum Switch Technology Key Laboratory is jointly built by Tianjin Pinggao Intelligent Electrical Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University. The laboratory aims at the strategic emerging industry of national high-end equipment manufacturing, with high-end vacuum arc extinguishing chambers, fixed sealing poles, indoor vacuum circuit breakers and other vacuum switch products as its core products. It has 44 invention patents, 37 utility model patents, and more than 50 papers.
As of now, there are 22 key laboratories in Dongli District. Next, the District Science and Technology Bureau will take the action of revitalizing the city through science and education and strengthening the city through talent, continue to promote the implementation of the "Three Year Action Plan for Promoting Innovative Economic Development in Dongli District", continue to attach importance to and support the development of key laboratories, actively implement relevant policies, do a good job in the operation and management of key laboratories, and contribute scientific and technological strength to the comprehensive construction of the Science and Technology Innovation Green Valley Urban New Area.
